Six Weeks of Reflection: All in One Place
This summer, I invited solopreneurs into a six-week reflection series. Each week focused on a different part of your business—from your offer to your marketing, sales, financials, and the impact you want to make.
It wasn’t about overhauling your strategy or writing a 12-page plan. It was about taking a breath, noticing what’s working (and what’s not), and reconnecting with the business you’re building.
If you missed a week—or want to return to any of the prompts—this post brings them all together. Whether you sit down with a journal or just carry one question with you on your next walk, I hope something here helps you pause, re-center, and move into the next season with clarity.
Week 1 – A Simple Check-In
Start here.
-
What’s working?
-
What’s shifted?
-
What have you quietly accomplished that deserves to be acknowledged?
💫 Think: the things no one clapped for, but took effort, trust, or growth.
Week 2 – Your Product
Your offer, your way of working, your value.
-
What have your clients loved most about your offer(s)? What surprised you?
-
Where have you noticed friction—for them or for you?
-
What parts of your offer feel deeply aligned with how you want to work?
-
What parts feel heavy or unsustainable?
💫 So—what’s your offer telling you about what’s next?
Week 3 – Your Marketing
How you show up and connect.
-
What message or post resonated most with your audience? What does that tell you?
-
Where are you holding back or over-editing yourself?
-
What marketing channel has felt most energizing—or authentic—this season?
-
What might it look like to simplify your marketing without losing impact?
💫 How might you show up more honestly or simply?
Week 4 – Your Sales
Making it easy for the right people to say yes.
-
What sales conversation or moment felt most easeful or in integrity this quarter?
-
How does your pricing feel today—emotionally, not just strategically?
-
What made the biggest difference in helping someone say “yes”?
-
Are you making it easy for people to say yes?
💫 What would it look like to own the value of your offer a little more bodly?
Week 5 – Your Financials
Not just numbers—clarity, leadership, and sustainability.
-
What revenue streams have brought in the most income this season? What does that tell you?
-
What expenses felt truly worth it—and which didn’t?
-
Are you on track to pay yourself what you actually need—or are you guessing?
-
What would change if you treated financial visibility as an act of leadership?
💫 What's one way you could approach your finances with more clarity and confidence this quarter?
Week 6 – Your Impact
The reason you started this in the first place.
-
What kind of impact are you intentionally building toward?
-
Where are you making more impact than you’re acknowledging?
-
What part of your work feels most meaningful right now?
-
How do you currently measure the difference you’re making—for your clients or your community?
💫 What would it look like to treat impact as a goal—not just a side effect?
Use What You Need
You don’t need to answer every single question. Start with one that resonates, or one that feels uncomfortable in the best kind of way.
This kind of reflection isn’t just a mid-year exercise—it’s part of building a business that’s aligned, intentional, and grounded in who you are.
If something here sparks a shift in your direction or your thinking, I’d love to know.
And if, after reading, you realise you don’t want to figure it all out on your own, I’d love to invite you to book a free Clarity Call. It’s a chance to talk through what’s feeling unclear and explore what kind of support might actually help. Book Yours Here.
