Meet Laura  

 

Hi, I’m Laura Baringer—coach, business strategist, ICF certified coach and founder of Purpose Built by Laura.

I created Clarity & Confidence after seeing too many brilliant, purpose-driven people stuck. Not because they lacked ideas, but because they didn’t have the clarity or support to move forward.

Before coaching, I spent 15 years leading global initiatives in gender, tech and public health. I’ve supported mission-led founders around the world and hold master’s degrees from Columbia University.

Now I help solopreneurs build businesses that feel good— and are profitable—with clarity, confidence and intention.
