The Clarity Intensive · For established businesses
Find what's holding your business back, and start rebuilding it.
The Clarity Intensive is five weeks of 1:1 work for freelancers, consultants, and independent business owners whose established business has stopped growing or stopped fitting. We find which foundations need the work, rebuild the most important one or two, and leave what's working alone.

What's behind the plateau, and what we do about it
You have no more hours to sell, and your income has plateaued.
What's usually underneath
The offer is priced by time and effort, so the only way to earn more is to work more.
In the Intensive
We define the value your work creates for a client, rebuild the offer around it, and work out what you need to charge and sell to reach the income you want.
You're reactive, always putting out fires.
What's usually underneath
The business runs on your memory and whatever arrives in your inbox, with no structure deciding what comes first.
In the Intensive
We set the goals that matter for the next stage and build systems around how you work, so the business stops depending on you holding everything in your head.
You've said yes to so many kinds of work that you can no longer describe what you do in one sentence.
What's usually underneath
Nobody set guardrails on what the business is, so it grew in whatever direction clients pulled it.
In the Intensive
We go back to what you want from the business and what it stands for, then decide what stays, what goes, and what you'll say no to.
You feel like you should be able to fix this yourself.
What's usually underneath
You're too close to it. You built every part of this business, which makes it very hard to see which part is the problem.
In the Intensive
I bring the outside view and build frameworks specific to your business, so you can see what's going on and make the decision yourself.
We won't do all of this in five weeks. We start with the one or two that will make the biggest difference to your business.
What a framework built for your business looks like
One client came to me with four revenue streams and one question: which should she grow? She assumed it was the one bringing in the most money.
I built her a financial breakdown that put each stream's profit next to the hours of her own time it took. Her biggest earner turned out to pay her the least per hour.
Then we built a scoring matrix for what the numbers couldn't show: how hard new clients were to win, whether they came back, how far the work could scale, and whether she wanted more of it. With both in front of her, she made the call herself.
How the Clarity Intensive works
1
We start with the full picture
Before we meet, you complete a detailed intake and share whatever is relevant: your website, offers, pricing. I review all of it, and at our kick-off session I bring my recommendations on which foundations need the work. We agree on where to focus.
2
We work on what matters most
We meet weekly, with a clear agenda each time. Between sessions I build the frameworks your decisions need, and you can reach me when something comes up.
3
You leave with direction
You'll know which foundations need the work, have the most important one or two rebuilt, and have a plan for the rest.
After the five weeks, most clients continue with one or two sessions a month for implementation support and ongoing strategy and coaching.
What you get in the Clarity Intensive
In your sessions
Detailed intake and document reviewBefore we meet, you complete an intake and share any relevant materials. I review everything beforehand so we hit the ground running.
Kick-off session (60 min)We review my recommendations from your intake, agree on where to focus our five weeks, and get straight into the work.
Four weekly coaching sessions (60 min each)Focused sessions with a clear agenda. Some sessions we work through the practical foundations of your business. Others go somewhere messier: the doubt, the decision you have been avoiding, the week that derailed everything. Both move you forward.
Between sessions
Frameworks built for your businessTools I create between sessions for the specific decision in front of you, plus guided exercises to help you reflect, prioritize, and act.
Between-session support (Monday to Friday)Voice note, text, and email access, for when you need to talk through a decision or have a thought you do not want to lose.
Emergency support sessions (20 min)When something urgent comes up, you do not have to sit with it alone.
What changed for three clients
Prices up 50% within five months of starting the Clarity Intensive
We got specific about Alex's offer: her ideal client, the outcome they most want, and the full value of what she delivers. Seeing it laid out showed her how much more she offered than others in her industry. She raised her prices because she believed the new rate and could explain it to clients, and she is signing new clients at that rate.
Alex, founder of Alstampa Studio
"I came with a business I loved but couldn't quite make work. I was undercharging, jumping between ideas, and working constantly without seeing the financial results I needed. We redesigned my offer, got my pricing right, and built a strategy I could actually stick to. A year later my revenue had more than doubled, I was paying myself a consistent salary, and I'd hired two people."
Lauren, Founder, Memory Lane Jane
Lauren worked with me for eighteen months, starting with a longer intensive than the current five weeks.
"It's hard to describe what Laura does because it can sound floofy going in. But she has so many concrete things that she can offer; she distills somebody's idea with very specific questions and guides it to very actionable outcomes."
Rachel Melone, Einrahmerei Custom Framing
Rachel first worked with me when she was starting her business, and came back two years later when it was ready to grow.
How I work
Built around your life
The strategy we build is yours, shaped around your expertise, your life, and how you work. If you hate Instagram, we will not build your marketing around it. If you do not work school holidays, your business model will account for that.
My honest opinion, your decision
I will tell you what I think, including when a plan isn't grounded in your numbers or values. The decision always stays with you.
Specific to your business
You can get generic frameworks anywhere, including from ChatGPT and Claude. What I build is specific to your numbers, your clients, how you work, and the decision you're facing.
Neurodivergent-inclusive
There is no one set way to design a business, so we plan and structure yours around how your brain works, with techniques that keep you interested and motivated without burning you out. Part of the work is coaching too, because many people carry guilt about working differently and have spent years asking why they can't just fit in.

Questions
Shouldn't I be able to fix this myself?
You've fixed plenty already; that's how the business got this far. What's hard to do alone is see which part is the cause, because you built all of it and you're inside it every day.
Is five weeks enough for an established business?
It's enough to find which foundations need the work, rebuild the one or two that matter most, and leave with a plan for the rest. It isn't enough to fix everything, and I won't tell you it is. The results build over the months that follow, which is why most clients continue with monthly sessions.
Will I have to tear down what I've built?
No. Most of what you've built is working. We look for the two or three things that aren't, and change those.
How is this different from other business coaching?
I do two things most coaches keep separate. I ask the questions that help you work out what you want, and I give you my direct opinion as a strategist, with frameworks built for your business to back it up.
What if I'm not sure this is the right fit?
That's what the free Clarity Call is for. We'll talk through where the business is and what you need most. If the Intensive isn't the right match, I'll tell you.
