Purpose Built Foundations
Every session is built around one of six foundations that every sustainable independent business depends on, in a deliberate sequence that builds on itself.
This is the same framework I use with every private client, now worked through live, with coaching and a small group of women doing the same work alongside you.

Hi, I'm Laura.
I'm a business strategist, ICF-certified coach, and founder of Purpose Built by Laura. I'm also a mom of two neurodivergent kids (10 and 12), and I've built my own independent practice twice: once without a clear structure, and once knowing exactly what I was missing.
The first time, I was good at the work but never put my business hat on. The second time, I built differently. I built with intention, a clear framework, and a realistic picture of what I needed to earn and how I wanted to work.
That's what this program is built on.
Before coaching, I spent 15 years leading global initiatives in gender, tech, and public health. I've lived and worked across continents, and have called the Netherlands home for the past four years. I hold master's degrees from Columbia University and have supported 50+ founders and leaders around the world.
My approach is strategic, practical, and neurodivergent-inclusive. It's built around how you actually think and work, not a one-size-fits-all formula.

Weekly 60-minute live coaching sessions via Zoom, plus one in-person session hosted by Mamapreneur Collective, scheduled collaboratively with the group.
