Hi, I’m Laura Baringer — business strategist, ICF-certified coach, and founder of Purpose Built by Laura.

I created Clarity & Confidence after seeing too many brilliant service providers stuck in their businesses. Not because they lacked expertise, but because the path forward wasn’t clear — their offers felt scattered, their focus was diluted, and growth stalled.

Before launching my own business, I spent 15 years leading global initiatives in gender, tech, and public health. I’ve supported 50+ founders and leaders around the world and hold master’s degrees from Columbia University.
